This Used MITSUBISHI COLT 1400 car for sale Rust only accumluated in last 5 years (the only downside to beachside living) - rust on passenger and drivers doors, bonnet and a little in the boot. In pretty good condition, still drives and handles well. Has classic Super Shift gearbox - original. The seals around the doors and windows are disintegrating. The lights don‘t always come on, on the dash only - but work fine otherwise - only an issue at night. Issue could be finding replacement parts. There are few dents on the bumpers - careless interaction with poles. The car has had two non-serious rear end crashes (in the 1990s) - not the drivers fault. Brakes probably due for some work - have to drive slowly in the wet. My husband fitted power locks a few years ago. Radio/cassette is needing replacement. Ideally I‘d love for someone to do the LAD up and drive it again, but realistically I know that he might be better to be used for parts. Only two owners, my family and friends we bought it from in the 90‘s. A great car to learn to drive on. Serviced every year - last service in January 2012, when advised it would not pass rego due to rust. Happy negotiate a price.
