Actually, it is possible to perfect a successful model. The team of Abt Sportsline has proven that they are able to do so by modifying the SEAT Ibiza. With the body styling parts, the trendy relative of the VW Polo looks even racier. Side skirts, front spoiler lip, rear skirt edges and rear wing form a dynamical unity and make the car sportier and more attractive. Also, the striking roof spoiler which signalizes that the Abt Ibiza never loses wheel grip strengthens this impression. Matching the perfect design of the body styling parts Abt Sportsline also offers extravagant one-piece wheels. The Z1 in 16 inch with tyres 205/45R16 or the 17 inch Z3 (size of the tyres: 205/40R17) with their 5-spoke design and the introversive screw holes underline the muscular form of the SEAT.

But the Ibiza of Abt Sportsline does not only look sporty and powerful – in fact it is. Various power packages are available for the Spaniard making it even more aggressive. Due to specific changes of the motor management, the 1.8 litre turbo engine, for example, now has 193 HP (142 kW) instead of the serial 156 HP (115 KW). Its maximum torque jumps from 210 Nm at 1800 rpm to 265 Nm at 3200 rpm. Also, the Turbodiesel with, e.g., 1.9 litres cubic capacity becomes stronger. The engine now offers 155 HP (114 kW) and therefore 25 HP (18 kW) or around 19 % more than the serial model. With a maximum torque of 360 Nm at 2100 rpm (serial: 310 Nm at 1900 Nm) the compression ignition engine shows its full power.

To ensure the perfect development of the car’s potential Abt also offers a suspension kit to lower the Spaniard. The Abt Ibiza is a fast and racy car making it the number one in its class. The team of Abt Sportsline in Kempten has perfected a successful model.
