The concept for the two-storey 240 square metre Florence Ferrari Store was developed entirely by the Studio Iosa Ghini and sees it as much as a homage to the history and spirit of Ferraris twin souls of racing and luxury as a straightforward retail outlet. Each area of the Store has thus been carefully designed as a special, once-off space in which shoppers can truly embrace the Ferrari experience. It will offer a wide selection of products from the Prancing Horse ranges for GT car clients and enthusiasts, and Formula 1 tifosi. Also on sale is a replica F2003 single-seater. Photographs of the Florence Store are available at the new www.ferrari.com portal, which also offers a virtual tour of the entire shop. The Florence Ferrari Store joins the other 26 prestige Prancing Horse retail locations around the world, including those in London (recently inaugurated by Kimi Räikkönen), Barcelona (Spain), San Francisco and Miami (USA), Macao (China, and Abu Dhabi (UAE). It was created and will be managed by the ARP Group, which already partners Ferrari in the Rome, Fiumicino, Venice, Milan Malpensa and Bologna Stores. The Ferrari Store development programme includes plans to bring the number of openings to more than 40 over the next three years in Europe, America, and the Middle and Far East. |
