DENSO Corporation Announces Management Changes

KARIYA, Japan, April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- DENSO Corporation today announced changes to its board of directors and managing officers. Changes will take place after the annual shareholders meeting on June 26.
New Directors appointed to the Board:
