Lighthouse Provides Integrated LED Display for Dongfeng Nissan

Nissan Chooses Lighthouse Technologies as Supplier of Choice for its Guangzhou Showroom

HONG KONG, Aug. 14 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Lighthouse Technologies, a leading provider of large-scale LED video systems, announced today that it has successfully installed a P6 6mm integrated video display at the showroom of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company in Guangzhou, China.
According to Takehiko Kikuchi, Deputy General Manager for the Marketing Department of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company, the installation of the new display, measuring 4.48 metre wide x 2.4 metre high, followed the successful hosting of a press conference during which the Lighthouse screen was used to help showcase the launch of the company's new research and development centre.

"The quality of the images was so impressive that we decided to install the screen in our customer showroom permanently," says Mr. Kikuchi. "Subsequently, we have received nothing but favorable comments regarding the screen, including remarks about its brightness level, clarity and life-like image reproduction. We are particularly pleased with the P6 screen which is able to reproduce the exact colour of our cars."

Today, Mr. Kikuchi notes that the Lighthouse P6 LED video display is positioned centrally in the Huadu headquarter's showroom where it is being used to screen promotional videos, and to educate and inform customers on the latest vehicle models as they pass by or browse through the showroom.

Aside from the engineering quality of the P6's state-of-the-art technology, Mr. Kikuchi also attributes the success of the deployment to Lighthouse's professional service and high level of customer support.

"What we found particularly impressive about working with Lighthouse," he comments, "Is that they were able to install, test and commission the P6 screen within just ten days.
