10 Lucky Winners Vie for the Ultimate Ford Mustang

DEARBORN, Mich., Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Ford Customer Service Division's "When It Fits, You Win," a national sweepstakes for automotive Mechanical Parts Installers, reaches the main event at Homestead-Miami Speedway's Ford Championship Weekend. On Sunday, November 19, at 11:30 a.m. just hours before the flag drops on the Ford 400, the sweepstakes' ten first-prize winners will mount the stage at the Speedway's Main Ford Display in the hopes of turning the key on a Ford Shelby GT500. In addition to a VIP experience at the Ford Championship Weekend, each of ten participants earned a chance at the Grand Prize, and on Sunday one of the 10 will win a 2007 Ford Shelby GT500
"The 'When It Fits, You Win' sweepstakes reinforces the message, 'To help keep your Ford, Lincoln or Mercury running at its best, use the parts designed specifically for it -- Genuine Ford and Motorcraft(R) Parts,'" said Dan Merchak, Wholesale Channel Manager.

In addition to the 2007 Ford Shelby GT500, the sweepstakes also included prizes such as Snap-On Tools gift cards, Ford Racing Collectibles, Carroll Shelby autographed die cast Shelby Cobra Mustangs, and leather racing jackets, among others.

The ten first-prize winners will have enjoyed a VIP trip for two to Ford Championship Weekend, Nov. 18-20, at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Each first- prize winner also receives a key that may start the Grand Prize -- a Ford Shelby GT500. The individual with the key that starts the vehicle will win the Grand Prize on Sunday, November 19 on the grounds of Miami Homestead Speedway.
